A good example of the Tory concept of wealth creators and the trickle down effect. Jon Boulton, Conservative party donor and chair of Better Capital who own City Link. Better Capital is based in Guernsey so pays no tax in the UK. Despite holding over £100 million, Better Capital did not put funds in to City Link to rescue the company and will not pay any redundancy to City Link staff. This will fall to the UK tax payer instead. W
