A good friend of mine (Comedian whom I wont mention), who is represented by a major agency in LA, sent my pkg to his agent without my knowledge. Earlier this week I had a phone conversation with this agent that lasted about 2 minutes. He told me I love your POV, your style of humor is original and unique. However, your stage presence and charisma is working against you. Youre too self confident, and I need someone who desperately needs me. With that said, I respect the hell out of artist like you, I just cant trust someone so self sufficient to stick with me in the long run. I know Im making a mistake here, but I have the feeling youll be fine. Good luck. I told him thanks for reaching out to me, but most importantly thanks for the fuel.
