A good friend of mine is going through some big changes and realizations, and those of us who have known her for a long time are so happy to see her really taking care of herself, and see her experience deep happiness. Some people in her life are querying, Are you having a midlife crisis? But her answer is the very best. No. No. Im not having a midlife crisis. Im having a midlife correction. I love that! A midlife correction! If it were called that, people would approach it in such a healthier way. Anyone else having a good ole midlife correction? More power to you! Be yourself. Take care of yourself. Love yourself. Life is good.
