One of the biggest mistakes (in my opinion) was letting Wilkinsons (now called Wilko) to have the up and down at the back, before you could walk freely through, the doors were shut at 6pm. Now they close at 5.30pm you cant get through, you have to use the car park. Another mistake was removing the cafe, and independent shops downstairs, it was a meeting place for people, Wilkos have even closed their cafe now. What will the future bring under the new owners, only time will tell.
