Last night: Briefing 40 man -14 vehicle, HUMANITARIAN CARAVAN -Assessment, Relief and Search Operation Teams (from from PRC NHQ and the diff Chapters: QC, Valenzuela, Manila, Cotabato, Laguna, Zamboanga, SBMA and Olongapo headed by Mr. Ryan Jopia, Ms. Criselda Torres and Mr. Paul Pagaran). The Humanitarian Caravan carrying family packages, includes 6x6 trucks, rescue trucks, lorries, cargo trucks, ambulances, tankers. Tents, chainsaws,(for clearing road blocks) shovels, generators, fuel tanks, tower lights, first aid kits. They are accompanied by the Philippine Navy.
