A good manager will let his new staff walk into a kitchen as the manager blends into the new batch of staff as the slow new dish washer.............lets his staff get a bit out of hand--easy way to see whom has and has not--moral fiber.............give them all the rope they need as a group............the natural leaders and village idiot all will make a play as ya stand there and act Stupid, def, and blind........................its kinda like walking into a classroom to find someone sitting in the corner with a Dunces Cap on.........and just as ya think the class wont get out of hand anymore--the Dunces Cap come off to find the guy in the corner is really your Professor!!!!
