A good measure of a man will never solely be based on how well dressed he is or even how eloquently he speaks or the career he has making 6 figures. Though these things are wonderful, and can defiantly be assets, they have been known to be misleading, and used to cover up a lot that doesnt meet the eye at first. Many folk when it comes to there daughter finding a man would rather her marry a rich, well-dressed white man, with a great career, who doesnt love Jesus than a black man with a blue collar job who works with his hands, and strives to live a quiet life because of his love for Jesus. Jesus Christ is and will always be the measure of the man. Without Him all those things that are acquired are worthless. The evidence we need to be looking for in our man is what consistent fruit their lives are bearing. A man can only flex but so long before who they really are comes out. When we dont fall victim to the external things they possess, and are unwilling to jeopardize our principles in exchange for what we want. When they quit flexing, and who they are comes out, we can walk away thanking God for the lesson instead of mistaken it for a lifetime blessing
