A good news story: Congratulations to Holly McQueen set to become Springfield’s first Queensland rep, the Courier-Mail reports - HOLLY McQueen is Springfield United Football Club’s first product to be selected for a Queensland team, and will follow in family footsteps this weekend. Mother Pye Augustine played for, captained and coached Queensland teams in a career spanning 33 years. Ms Augustine first represented Queensland when she was 14-years old and said Holly was quietly please at her efforts of reaching state rep honours at 12-years-old. Holly has been selling raffle tickets and hosting trivia nights to raise funds to represent the Queensland School Sports 12 years girls team in Bendigo.
