A good reminder of how to conduct yourself for 2015 from my friend Sean Oshea Take 100% responsibility (100% responsibility creates 100% empowerment) -Constant generosity (be constantly generous with your gifts) -Give without expectation -Wealth/fulfillment is created by solving problems and serving others -Positive attitude attracts success -Being a victim repels success and successful people -Success is the cumulative effect of great choices made every day -Develop internal value (develop yourself) to create external value (money, relationships, success) -Constant gratitude (Be grateful for all you have as you work towards all you want) -Always be solution focused -Always be in a state of constant growth (reading, listening, studying) -Stop all gossiping and trash talking (it destroys your self-esteem and others perception of you) -Model others who are successful Have a daily personal development routine -If you will change, everything will change for you. -Ideas without action/execution are worthless -Work your butt off/have a ridiculous work ethic -Surround yourself with only amazing people/beware youre influences -Delegate anything someone else can do better so you can focus on what your best/gifted at -Dream bigger -Dont wait to be chosen, choose yourself -You dont have to be perfect to start -You dont have to be perfect to be valuable -You have a responsibility to yourself and the world to become all that youre capable of
