A good seedbed harrow is designed to create an level surface, with equal sized soil particles, in as few passes as possible. An optimum seedbed is extremely important to ensure proper germination of seeds, especially when working with a conventional seed drill. The Topline Super XL series from Multiva is designed to perform these tasks on a large scale. Starting with an exceptionally solid frame, that is a hallmark of Multiva products, featuring cross bars with a height of 120mm. These 120mm bars offer a torsional strength 54% greater than cultivators manufactured from 100mm cross bars. The Topline Super XL can be fitted with either patented TerraFlex or TerraSuper tines designed by Multiva. These tines offer superior flexibility, while maintaining uniform work quality. They maintain a constant working depth under load, and offer a long lifespan than those produced by the competition. These tines function in combination with a hydraulically-controlled front board, fitted as standard equipment. While the geometrical layout of the tines on the frame allows for clog-proof operation. Tines are attached to axles featuring a diameter of 60mm, again the strength is in the details, nothing is left to chance. Depth adjustment is safe an convenient by means of hydraulic cylinders and limiter plates, which maintain a constant working depth over the entire machine width. The harrows are supported on double-bearing axles, featuring over-dimensioned bearings for greater loading and longer lifespan.
