A good turn out last night in Treknow! A big thanks to all who attended ..... we went through some basic yoga moves and then ended with a candlelit relaxation at the end. A mixed class with complete beginners and a couple of more experienced people - and you all did very well indeed - It has spurred me on to believe that there is a future in this class!! To anyone that is thinking of giving it a go - you only need to come in comfortable clothing that you can bend in and to bring a blanket to cover yourself at the end - I always bring in spare mats and Im quite happy for new people to use these mats until such a time when they feel they want to get their own - apparently Asda has them at a very reasonable price!!
