A good way to reset your energy when having a not so pleasant day is to get present and set your intention. This can be done easily and efficiently by closing your eyes for a few minutes and just breathing. When you breathe in, imagine a white light filling your body, and when you exhale, imagine a grey mist leaving your body, representing any negativity. Continue this for a few minutes until you feel light and recharged. Then before opening your eyes, set your intention for a successful end to your day. You can just focus on a positive word, such as happiness and let the meaning flood your mind and body. Always remember, you are the only one in control of your emotional state, and only you can change it... It is more simple than you think!
