A grand jury in St. Louis County, Mo., has reached a decision in the fatal shooting of Michael Brown and it will be announced later Monday, the Office of the Prosecuting Attorney says. ~ Fox News dot com I predict that the conclusion is that there will be not indictment of the Officer and that all chaos will break out. I also predict that the Grand Jury proceeding and report will not be released per order of the Courts.
