A grassroots coalition of more than 40 organizations from around the world has raised over $225,000 for what they are calling the first ever global 9/11 anniversary campaign. The campaign, known as ReThink9/11, is being organized by scientific and technical organizations, local 9/11 groups, and family members of 9/11 victims and will be seen in 11 major cities around the world this September, including New York, Sydney, London, and Vancouver. The focus of the campaign is World Trade Center 7, a 3rd skyscraper that fell on September 11th, 2001 despite not being hit by a plane.
