A great big THANK YOU to all the kind and generous people in Hereford last Sunday who gave donations to Marie-lou Evans alternate Venus Walkers! We walked past football matches, car parks, cafes, pubs and even a vintage wedding fair, and the people we met could not have been more generous. They honked their horns and stopped their cars to hand us money: it was very heart-warming for all the walkers. Altogether, with monies raised between Marie-lou, Amber Coffin and Denise Prothero, the walk raised a total of £1344.47!! Because of you...we can continue to give vital care and support to families in Herefordshire and beyond. An especially big thank you to the Coffee Cart Company, who let us stop for a well-deserved rest in the September heat, to the Beefy Boys for their delicious donation of one of their new sliders (yum!), and to the Barrels, who have some of the most generous patrons in town. :)
