She takes initiative when others wait to be told what to do. She wakes early with others on her mind and falls asleep planning her next move. She doesnt rely on others to meet her needs and she isnt waiting for her ship to come in... She swims out to find it. She never gives up. She always finds a way. Shes willing to make mistakes, take risks, and learn from them. She is kind and graceful but she is tougher than nails so dont cross her. To all my lady friends whove chosen leadership in this life in whatever form ( mother, boss, manager, business owner, head of household) ... keep being awesome! No one said it was going to be easy!
