A great little boy (17 years old) died November 1st this year. I want to talk about the abuse the children of that house endured, or the elder brother Autrey (20 years old) that was the ending cause of his little brothers death. But instead Id like to say Autrey cared for hurt animals and skated like a beast when he was still into it. The younger brother, Joevahnni Maldonado (RIP), use to shred on a razor scooter, drink a lot of coffee, went to school, had a job and made the most amazing side bags out of the most beautiful material. He was a sweat heart and it was a horrible accident that lead to his death. In my heart of hearts I do not think Autrey held up that knife thinking his brother was going to get it to his throat. I also dont think they dumped him at the hospital thinking he would die there when they left him. I cared deeply for Geo as I liked to call him. He will forever be remembered as the reason domestic abuse against children should NEVER be tolerated. These boys just needed a better role model that would have shown them they were worth more and teach them self control, instead of reacting emotionally to everything.
