A great physique requires hard work and consistency NOT light work and occasional! We can all do what seems to be the norm which is no exercise, more processed food, more ill health, more sedentary lifestyles........I train Monday - Friday, I may slip up occasionally on nutrition but I correct myself and understand what effects it has on my body! Only last night I ate food after my 10 pm finish and could not sleep until gone 2 am. Not good! So best advice is dont eat before you go to bed. Train and eat good 80-90%!of the time and take time out to recover over the weekend! If you want to look and feel great then dont let the sofa win, get up, get moving and get healthy! Only you can make the decision and stick with it! Stabilis
