A great start-the-new-year-tip from my favorite nutritionalist, Ernæringsfysiolog Ann-Christin Hansen. Make your own breakfast cereal from left overs in your cupboards: Mix almonds, coconut, sesame seeds, flax seeds, pumpkin seeds, some cut up dates and figs, some left over peanut butter and coconut fat, and add some cinnamon on top - put it in the oven on greaseproof paper for 10-15 mins, and remember to stir it around a bit during baking. Great alternative to all the stuff youre tired of for breakfast - bon appetit!
