A group of people vowed that they will make Nigeria ungovernable, we know them. Theyre doing it by terrorrising us and killing their people (using their blood to achieve their dirty purpose). The leader of the group was appointed by boko haram as a chief spokesman and as their leader to negotiate on their behalf with federal govt. He has ruled before.
