A growing number of Chinese government officials involved in corruption are committing suicide. As one reporter put it choosing a quick death over a lifetime of shame. The president of the Communist Party is coming down hard on corruption and trying to change the entrenched system of bribery and corruption in that country. Kenyatta is doing the same in Kenya, trapping and arresting civil servants who are involved in corruption. There can be no middle ground with corruption. President Mugabe has failed to deal with it effectively. If you are a leader that turns a blind eye to this cancer you are shortchanging your citizens and robbing future generations. We must be the generation that says NO to a corrupt society.
