A guide to shopping online/ facebook: Muffins, I regularly keep posting various links to facebook pages which I purchase from on regular basis and instock albums too. But it is important for everyone to know and ask these pages about certain terminologies and procedures when placing orders: 1. Preorders : pre orders mean that you need to make an advance payment to the seller (it could be via bank transfer, easy paisa, 50% advance and remaining at delivery etc) when they are open for orders and they will keep a record the payment for you (you should do the same like the copy of bank slip or easy paisa slip). Delivery will be made usually between 3-5 weeks of payment as the items will be shipped from abroad. 2. In stock items: these have been pre selected and purchased by the sellers and will be available on first come first served basis. Delivery should be immediate or in 2-5 days depending on what the seller says 3. Deluxe items and full sized items: deluxe are sample sized/ small sized items. When buying something online please confirm with the sellers if an item is small size or full sized. 4. Method of delivery: some sellers offer cash on delivery, pick up facilties and also pre paid courier services. 5. Communication: when dealing with the sellers I know we would tend to get a bit excited and curious about our orders but remember be patient. We are one out of 100 customers so response may take time. Like when I place an order I always establish a time line with them mentioning the estimated delivery time so I dont need to bug them till then. If there is a delay I will drop them a msg and they will respond adequately. Ofcourse they can not give a definite time line because they have no control over custom delays and poor weather (which delays shipment). So patience is needed too. They will get back to you this much I know. So thought id share this info with you just in case. :) happy shopping
