A guy from Canada left us this awesome TripAdvisor review - happy to hear he loved the Chocolate Evolution, weve put a lot of creativity into that new flavour ... right in time for Easter too. Have you tried it yet? I read the reviews before going and was quite excited. I got 2 scoops (big mistake as portions are pretty big). Salted caramel (Its my wifes favorite, who wasnt with me so I ate it on her behalf) and chocolate evolution because it just sounded awesome. Salted Caramel: Was really good. Creamy texture, solid caramel base, nice hints of salt. Chocolate Evolution: Mind Blowing! Each bite was a different chocolate experience. Even though it was uniform in color the textures and tastes were just awesome. Highlight of the visit: The meticulous method of putting it all together. The server took a good three minutes to decorate it with all of the tasty decorations that came free of charge. One of them was a caramel filled puff pastry which was just sheer decadence. I had to walk a few miles to digest it after. Was well worth it! :)
