A guy reversed into my car November last year, he fled the scene but I was able to track him down. A case was opened at the SAPS for recless and negligent driving and took my car to a panelbeater to assess the damage. The quote was sent to OutSurance and the other parties insurance paid the quoted amount over to OutSurance. Then OutSurance messed up my claim with that of another and been battling for the past 10 months to get my car fixed. Last week a guy from OutSurance phoned and he was so rude and used such bad language! So...10 months after the accident and still no hope on getting my car fixed!
