A heads up for anyone traveling to the south. A slight risk of severe weather has been placed for a large area. A 5% tornado threat exists in this area as well. Closer to home, we are under a marginal risk for tomorrow. We will get thunderstorms, and a little bit of snow on the same day for Christmas Eve. The best chance of a white Christmas will be into northern Indiana. The rest of us will be lucky to get a half inch of snow, but we will get very gusty winds and crashing temperatures on Christmas eve. Highs for today are going to soar close to 60 in spots, along with a 50% rain chance throughout the day.-Dan.
