A healthy snack for you to try. Parsnip Crisps Make a big batch because I must warn you they are pretty addictive! Ingredients: 5-6 Thick Whole Parsnips Extra Virgin Olive Oil Sea Salt and Spices of choice to taste Directions: Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Peel parsnips and slice into very thin, round crisps (about 1mm thick) Place in a large zip lock freezer bag, drizzle with small amount of extra virgin olive oil and shake & scrunch until lightly coated. Place “crisps” flat onto baking sheet without overlapping them Sprinkle with sea salt and spice of choice (black pepper, bbq seasoning, chilli powder, etc.) Bake until lightly brown and just about crisp (about 15-25 minutes. Remove and let cool before using for a dipping snack.
