A hot, sunny Saturday and the Salish Sea sparkles as it is tickled toward shore on a light westerly breeze. Sailboats drift up the strait, and powerboats enjoy the day, most heading toward Desolation Sound. A large Coast Guard ship drifts around between Texada and the mainland, working since very early this morning. Baby dreams in her afternoon nap, her last couple of days on the coast, and we catch up on chores.
