A huge blizzard looms. Airlines have canceled more than 800 flights after the US National Weather Service said two to three feet of snow could fall between New Jersey and southern Maine over the next two days—the heaviest snowfall in more than 100 years. And, so I get an email this morning that says, Do you still believe in Global warming? Obviously the dunce does not get the picture. Global warming (of the ocean) is causing the tremendous increase in the ferocity of the storms, as I have posted to hundreds of times. Hurricanes, Tornadoes, violent winter storms an violent summer storms and violent spring storms and .... are the reality of the strong winds that pickup their strength while blowing across the warmer oceans. More heat, more wind speed over the ocean results in more strength to the weather. AND WE ARE JUST GETTING STARTED!
