A huge package arrived at my door today...I could not believe how fast it got here...but, I am sure glad it did. The artist, Linda Otoole had warned me that it would take some effort to get to the actual picture. Well, that painting so well packaged that it did take some work, buy it arrived in mint condition. Linda paints from her heart...her work just grabbed me. This particular painting is as if you were in the middle of the ocean...floating over large gentle waves...no land in sight. It is just you and mother nature...and no fine line to tell where you end and the ocean begins. I am having some medical problems right now, so I have been stretched out on the couch. Well, I propped up that painting and enjoyed being able to visualize floating on those sea salted waves...and healing. Thank you so much Linda Otoole!!! Now you would think this was enough of joyful experience. There is more. The proceeds from Lindas work are helping finance a trip to India for Linda. Why? Because Linda raises funds through her paintings to donate to Guardians of The Voiceless...an organization run by Pankaj Arora and volunteers. The goal of this marvelous group is to end the suffering of children and animals. I dont think you would have to ask me how proud I am on this painting and what good it is doing.
