A interesting video. But my focus for my Pokemons is not so much about this how difficult is for LE officers to make decisions but rather not to make judgments critical of others without experiencing what the other side is doing or going through. In the martial arts world there are many examples of folks criticizing another martial art as useless, ineffective, yaba daba daba without being in the others shoes. That is not the proper attitude to take. Everyone is entitled to their opinion but it should be made with a good understanding of what they are critical about. In the early years of Furukon or spread of Full Contact Karate in Japan, many proponents of that style would puff out their chests and make comments like Sundome (non contact) karate is useless, the only true style is Full contact. etc. etc. Such comments made me sad as well as angry. Part of Budo is respecting others.....where is the respect? Fufufufu. I recall some karate students pooh paahing Judo, that karate training was a lot tougher....well I had them go through some basic judo training.....ukemi, uchkomi, nagekomi, newaza and tagchiwaza randori....just for a short while.....their attitudes changed. Now if after the training session they still though Judo didnt amount to beans, that is fine, at least they experienced it...they are entitled to their opinions.
