A lady at work has challenged me to, instead of taking the elevator to the 8th floor every morning to take the stairs up with her all 8 flights. For the past couple of months, ive had every excuse in the world from my bad knee hurts, I forgot my tennis shoes to I dont want to be all sweaty. I even try to avoid seeing her in the morning so she wont ask me did I start! I think I want to try and do it. I can start off with just 2 flights and work my way up to 8...........
