A large number of organizations have partnered up with this climate rally that will be happening in September as world leaders gather in New York City. There will be solidarity and street demonstrations that will show that the collapse of the ecology will not be perpetuated, whether by corporate influence, industrial interruption, or systematic denial through a march in Manhattan. I am currently working on preparing graphics representing Restore the Delta and California water issues at the march. There is a Peoples Climate Train that leaves from Emeryville and will travel from California to New York. Would it be possible to have Restore the Delta partner alongside this event alongside the countless organizations involved (Food and Water Watch included)? Perhaps it would be additionally effective to have the graphics prepared in time for the local rally on July 29th! How does everybody feel? What are peoples thoughts?
