A law abiding ccw permit holder has once again been found righteous defending themselves. A challenge was made. Furthermore the challenger kept on beating another human being after they were down. Challenger well beyond control of himself and what was needed continued the assult resulting in his own death. Desparity of force took place and the victim finally pulls a gun and shoots the bad guy stopping the violant attack. Responsible gun owner became a victim only fires what is needed to stop the threat. This is a righteous shoot, Challenger lost and a jury of our peers bravely up holds the constitution law.
