A lawyer for the prosecution stands up in court and submits to the court ..... I have no evidence to prosecute, no evidence to blame accused for obstruction of justice and the lack of the evidence....no judicial or legal precedent to support request for indefinite adjournment. .. even documents disclosed do not provide evidence...and not even sure total disclosure will provide the requisite evidence.....no clue when case can resume...in fact states does not even know if it ever will... how then is any reasonable and rational man supposed in the circumstances to deem the OTP case against Mr Uhuru Kenyatta.....this ICC case of Mr Uhuru Kenyatta has become a total farce and an indictment of how the OTP has totally misconducted itself..and if not handled carefully by the Judges could render a fatal blow to the ICC as currently set up...
