A leader must be able to lead his follower to a desired destiny. If you cannot lead people anywhere, then you are not a leader. Wisdom and understanding must always follow positions of authority, leading people is a bit different with leading animals. Don’t be easily offended by comments or statements made against you, remember you are in the lime light and people are always looking at you. Be slow to anger, quick to listen and slow to speak, be careful with how you dress, as your dress code speaks volumes about where you come from. Leadership is not easy if you do not seek the face of God Let prayer and fasting be the tools of your ministry Ignore what needs to be ignored, and consider what demands consideration. Remember, your success is determined by what you are willing to ignore. Do not be afraid but stand firm as a lion that protects its pride, even if the group of people you lead is as calm as sheep, but you shall be a lion in the midst of sheep. Charles Maurice once said, “An army of one hundred sheep led by a lion is more threatening than an army of one hundred lions led by a sheep” God bless every Leader in The Body of Christ!!!
