A leading Automotive Agency in KSA requires Branch Accountant Accounting manager Basically the qualifications of the applicants should be as per the following: - Graduated with bachelor degree in accounting from reputable university with high score (minimum 3.5 / 5) - Having excellent command of English language - Accounting manager with professional qualifications is much adding value (CPA / CMA) - 2 to 3 years of working experience for the accountant position and minimum 7 years for the accounting manager - Priority will be given to those working in automotive industry - Priority will be given to applicants holding jobs at the moments - Applicants should be ready for test in accounting before the interview - Priority will be given to those will join in 2 months’ time at latest from the day of interview which should take place in the next 2 weeks. The job description of the accountant: - Pass required journal entries for branch daily expenses - Pass required journal entries for daily closing accounts, cash, sales, petty cash..etc - Report on daily sales and payments issues to accounting manager - Track month end inventory and communicate reports to inventory controller - Review sales cycle accuracy process and assure closing entries are processed on time - Follow up with credit and collection team on AR and collection process - Provide oversight supervision and controlling for cash count, deposits and movement of cashiers employees within his branch - Assure after sales and parts billing, collection and deposits process taking place appropriately and timely within the branch - Report any observations on deficiencies in sales cycle, billing process, discounts process to the branch manager and accounting manager. The Job description of the Accounting manager: - Review month end company TB for closing process - Review all accounting cycles closing process before closing year end accounts and per required during the year - Help in financial statement preparation - Help in annual budgeting and forecasting process - Coordinate with regional accountants on daily basis for assuring business activities are handled appropriately - Supervising head office accountants and delegate daily work to them - Lead the training, supervision and developments of accountants skills and performance - Provide sound control over day to day operations within the company from accounting perspective - Produce required reports to review sales, inventory, FA and operating costs are measured against budgeted KPI’s and company targets - Provide required information for making decisions in areas of treasury, cash flow planning - Review all transactions documents and supporting documents for purchasing, payments to suppliers - Review month end closing entries (system entries, and manual adjustments) to make sure all accounts are properly booked - Review system synchronization with other systems in the company i.e. pay roll and procurement - Make necessary tests required to provide assurance that company policies, discounts matrix and instructions are applied within sales, aftersales and parts departments - Make sure that accounting system users are functioning as per finance guidelines to IT The applicant should have the following skills: - Good communication and writing skills (English and Arabic) - Positive thinking - Cooperative and flexible to accept changes - Ability to work well under pressure - Meet the deadlines - Strong organizational skills - Problem solving and analysis - Managing people - Excellent computer skills in MS office applications and ERP systems Qualified Applicants should send C.V to salahnaser1977@gmail
