Sourcing new potential vendors for strategic material / Services and study the possibilities of having long term agreements with them. . Responsible for driving the tendering operations of bids from the moment of raising the PR request until the award and finalization of bids. . Drive and operate the tendering process : management of PR’s , processing of vendor registration and prequalification, drafting and review of RFQ’s , evaluation and analysis of technical and commercial bid responses , participation in the bid negotiation process , drafting and negotiation of contracts for awarded bids. . Analyze contract requirements, special provisions, terms and conditions to ensure compliance with appropriate laws, regulations, and corporate policies and business unit procedure. . Monitor the contracted vendor’s behavior during the contract period & make a periodical evaluation of supplied goods / services. . Carry out any other tasks and duties assigned by the Contracts Manager QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Following requirements are essential for those candidates who will apply for this position: . Experience in INCOTERMS 2010, Customs Clearance process. . Expert in Microsoft office ( Word, Excel, Outlook ) . Have a good knowledge of International trade rules. . Obey to company’s policy and procedures. . Good documentation skills and attention to details. . Ability to do multiple task and can handle work pressures. PREFERRED SKILLS Previous experience in Legal & customs clearance.
