Communicate Project Managers for different project to plan for site requirements . Receive the BOQ for new projects and prepare a supply plan accordingly . Prepare PR to procurement department for project / sector needs. . Follow material / service / tools or spare parts deliveries as per required delivery dates. . Conduct a periodical meeting with project’s management team to review material supply on time. . Coordinate between sectors / projects and procurement department to achieve JIT deliveries. QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Following requirements are essential for those candidates who will apply for this position: - Experience in material planning for projects. - Expert in Microsoft office ( Word, Excel, Outlook ) - Have a good knowledge of financial / banking issues. - Obey to company’s policy and procedures. - Good documentation skills and attention to detail. - Ability to do multiple task and can handle work pressures and deadlines. PREFERRED SKILLS Previous experience in road or building projects is preferred.
