A leading FMCG Company located in Doha – Qatar is seeking to hire the following position:- Job Title: Logistic Coordinator Job Description: • Review and closely work with Global procurement for ocean freight negotiations and contracts renewal and spot rate requests. Preparation of logistics plans to support all relevant operations within the company • Ensure best service providers including shipping lines and freight forwarders are contracted at the best price. • Review and approval of logistics invoices and making sure payments are happening on time. • Ensure peak periods are planned correctly to avoid delays in shipments • Provide exceptional customer service by developing good working relationships with the international customers. • Works with supervisor to effectively resolve inventory or order discrepancies that are outside of his or her control Job Requirements • BSc. of Business Administration or any related field • Min 2 working experience in Supply Chain field • Should have good personality with very good inter-personal skills and pleasant telephone manner. • Excellent communication Skills & Computer Skills • Very Good (Writing, Reading & Speaking) of English Language is must. • Strategic and analytical skills, ability to drive continuous improvement • Presentable • Age less than 30 If interested and meeting the above criteria, please send your CV with a recent photo, mentioning the job title in the subject line to info@mergecareer Note: CVs without Photo will discarded
