COST ENGINEER • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering. • Minimum 5 years of experience, good communication skills, technical Engineering background and cost assessment skills • Experience in calculation of Unit Rates and labor productivity, and materials consumption rates standards across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is required 2. DRAFTSMAN • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture, Urban Design or Urban Planning is an advantage. • Minimum 5 years of experience, good communication skills, common sense, computer literate, technical Engineering background and CAD skills. Basic knowledge and experience in Urban Planning • Experience in CAD software, particularly AutoCAD 2014 or recent CAD versions. • Experience in 3D Max, REVIT, CIVIL-3D and / or any other 3D Modeling software 3. FINANCIAL ANALYST • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Finance Undergraduate Degree, MBA or CA preferred. • 2-4 years experience in financial planning, MANAGEMENT consulting, auditing and/or corporate finance environment. Real Estate Development financial acumen is a requirement. • Excellent spreadsheet and computer modeling skills. Advanced MS Excel knowledge preferred. • Proficient budgeting and MANAGEMENT reporting experience, including the ability to organize, priorities and control job responsibilities in order to meet deadlines in an environment with overlapping priorities and reprioritize as necessary in order to meet current business objectives. • Knowledgeable on ACCOUNTING principles in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for private and public listed companies is of advantage. 4. PLANNING ENGINEER • Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Planning or Civil Engineering or equivalent. • 5 years of experience in programming Real Estate, Construction and Project Management, and fluency. • Minimum 2 years of on-site construction experience as Supervisor / Site Engineer / QS / QC Engineer. • Knowledgeable in productivity and time and motion analysis is preferred. • Experience in Construction processes and methodologies. 5. PROCUREMENT ENGINEER • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or equivalent. • 5+ years of experience in Real Estate, Construction related procurement. • 3+ years experience in procurement department, networking abilities & resourcefulness skills. • Strong vendor development management skills are of advantage. 6. PRODUCTION ENGINEER • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent. • 5 years of experience in Construction and Project Management in Saudi Arabia. • 5 years minimum experience of on-site construction execution and management. • Strong knowledge in construction fundamentals. Excellent labor management and control. • Experienced on training labors, personnel and other execution team members. • Excellent on site inventory management and control. • Experienced on tools, machinery and equipment selection, operation and maintenance. • Strong coordination skills across multi-cultural environment. 7. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR • Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent. • Experience required 3 years minimum in Construction and Project Management in Saudi Arabia. • 3 years minimum experience of on-site construction execution and management. • Excellent leadership and strong presence at construction sites. • Excellent abilities for on-site supervision. SENIOR PROJECT DIRECTOR • Graduate Degree in Real Estate Development, Business Administration Finance, Architecture, Civil Engineering or related. • More than 15 years as an executive in Project Development in a corporate environment. Minimum 2 years property development experience in Saudi Arabia • Knowledgeable on construction processes and methodologies. • Strong leadership and training skills to develop planning teams. • Extensive knowledge on standard operating PROCEDURES with operation manuals creation and management skills. 9. SITE ENGINEER • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. • 5 years of experience in Construction and Project Management in Saudi Arabia. • 5 years minimum experience of on-site construction execution and management. • Strong knowledge of construction fundamentals. • Experienced in training labors, personnel and other execution team members. • Excellent labor management and control. • Experienced in tools, machinery and equipment selection, operation and maintenance. 10. PRODUCTION MANAGER • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering / Mechanical Engineering. • Minimum 5 years experience in Production Lines Supervision, Control / Management including time and motion studies, workers management, production management / control. • Experience in Industrial Operations, Deployment Plans, Rerouting, Quality Control, Quality Assurance and unitary operations. • Supply chain and logistics coordination. Computer-literate. • Knowledge and/or use of ERP systems. Use of ERP or related software.
