POSITION : MANAGER, AUDIT RESPONSIBILITIES: · Provide management over a portfolio of clients and deliver high quality audit and assurance service. § Planning and performing operational and financial audits § Prepare IFRS compliant- Audited Financial Statements § Identifying business process risks § Develop testing methodologies to evaluate the adequacy of controls § Documenting the results of the evaluations § Developing recommendations and reports based on audits and presenting these ideas to senior management § Formulating professional development and educational plans for junior staff members · Achieve team and individual budgets and business plan/ performance objectives. · Manage budgets, timely billing and collection and variance recognition. REQUIREMENTS: . · 5+ years of external audit experience. · Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and project management skills · Experience of leading and managing audit teams · Have a good working knowledge of IFRS · Demonstrate personal qualities and credibility to lead, develop and motivate staff. · Demonstrate a good level of practical experience in internal auditing. · A thorough understanding of systems and risk based auditing. POSITION : MANAGER, TAX RESPONSIBILITIES: · Preparation and review of federal and state income taxes for companies, individuals, businesses, benefit funds, real estate, and exempt organizations. · Build new and existing client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business. · Prepare internal memoranda, written correspondence/guidance, private letter rulings and other documents for submission to the FIRS/LIRS · Review and evaluate the work of TAX Departmental staff. · Send regular relevant information to clients on new and old tax regimes · Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe · Put in place standard templates on various tax computations. · Advise retainer-ship clients on tax avoidance, planning and management · Ensure timely processing to obtain clients’ income tax clearance certificates REQUIREMENTS: · 5+ years prior experience in tax experience. · Significant supervisory experience · Experience in preparing company, individual, business, benefit fund, real estate and exempt organization tax returns. · Strong accounting and analytical skills.
