A legion of voices are shouting their unanimous permission for you to hit the snooze button and go back to dreamland, but you didnt ask their opinion. The voice youve chosen to listen to is one of defiance. A voice thats says there was a reason you set that alarm in the first place. So sit up, put your feet on the floor, and dont look back because weve got work to do. My family has a busy week ahead of us. On top of the day to day grind, we have appointments at the old house, appointments at the new house, packing and moving that needs to be completed. Ive been exercising long enough to know that I am a better wife, mother, friend and simply my best self if I can fit my 30 minutes of exercise in.
