A letter from Geoff, overview of 2014: VRazors! It was a incredible year for VR ! Let me start by sending a huge thank you to all our fans, friends, partners and companies we work with! We did it all this year! It started in January in Miami at 70,000 Tons of Metal . The first, the most exclusive and best metal cruise ship ever!!! We performed 2 completely different sets including the whole Digital Dictator album for the first time ever ! It was the adventure of a lifetime! A few months later we released our Live You To Death II: American Punishment album on SPV/Steamhammer . The album was highly acclaimed with great reviews worldwide. This was followed by a 11 country European tour including major festivals and headline gigs. A summer filled with so many great highs!!! Our return to the United Kingdom (first time in 22 years), co- headline set at Dokkem Open Air in Holland, headline sets at festivals in Croatia and Belgium just to name a few! We finished the year with our first tour of South/Latin America. The welcome we got was overwhelming! It started with a meet and greet at a heavy metal mall (Galeria do Rock) where every store was a metal shop! Only in Brazil, my friends !!! We went on to perform at 3 major festivals and a bunch of great club gigs !! The passion for the music and the music scene there had to be seen to be believed. It was one of the best tours weve ever done! We want to thank our tour manager Silvio and crew (Will, Cobra, Eber) and the whole Open The Road staff. We will be back to give everything we have for those great fans!!! 2015 is a year for a new studio album! Our 12th studio album and 16th official release overall! Its also the 30th anniversary of our first album Soldiers Of The Night! Look for VR back on tour this summer, a new album and more great times and music from 5 guys who love what they do!
