A letter from Greyhound Bus Lines to me this - TopicsExpress

A letter from Greyhound Bus Lines to me this afternoon: Desirée, I do sincerely apologize for your experience thus far, I can only hope that by the time this matter is resolved we will be able to change your mind. You (and your luggage) are a priority to us, but unfortunately your bag has yet to be located. Our personnel in the field will continue to hunt diligently and the moment we have something to report we will absolutely not hesitate to let you know. What is the best email to contact you on? We will add this to our records in addition to the phone number you provided so we can contact you when we have an update. In regards to your active presence on our page, we undoubtedly appreciate and welcome any and all feedback from customers, but posting repetitively on our wall is considered a violation of our Communications Disclosure. If continued it may result in the removal of your posts as well as affect your ability to access our page in the future. You can find our Communications Disclosure at the link below: facebook/notes/greyhound-bus-lines/greyhound-communication-disclosure/398850446824901 Thank you, TS Greyhound Communication Disclosure First and foremost, Greyhound, you can take your Communications Disclosure and SHOVE IT--God knows you havent bothered to disclose ANYTHING to me regarding the status of my lost baggage, or even cared to disclose any semblance of communication. I shouldnt have to constantly hound your offices for two weeks just to get a WORKING PHONE NUMBER, let alone an update. I shouldnt have to be LIED to regarding the status of my bags when I finally DO manage to get a hold of someone. And I shouldnt have to have paid EXTRA to get screwed doubly by your crappy service. And thanks for not only giving me exactly ZERO information regarding my lost bags, but also not even offering to redeem me or make up for all the trouble and money and extra travel youve put me through for the last two weeks. You think youve seen bad--just you wait, Greyhound, just you wait.
