A letter home ~~~ Jambo everyone! The Kenya M crew has had a fantastic few days in the Mwangaza community. On Thursday the group participated in Global Simulation Day, a day where participants take on the roles of people from different countries. The group was challenged as they had to perform chores and cook their own food. On Friday the group continued to make progress on the build site. The entire foundation of the school has been poured. In the afternoon the group went back to the school to play games with the students. On Saturday morning the group had a unique opportunity and experienced the hustle and bustle of Mulot Market, a local subsistence market near Mwangaza. In the afternoon the crew visited the Free the Children Farm, a farm that feeds the school lunch program and all Me to We trips. The weather has been great with hot afternoons and wet evenings.
