The Presidents so-called 37% approval rating would not have been a major news story yesterday UNLESS the media knew (and it does know) that the actual approval ratings are much lower - on the order of moving the decimal point one place to the left; and unless it knew (as it does know) that the actual DISAPPROVAL ratings for this failed Presidency are closer to 89% than just slightly above 53%. . You owe it to your family and your COUNTRY to assist a certain official to position himself with just a little bit more vigilance than a jellyfish to be instantly prepared not only to take power as President, which I am sure he always has been prepared for; but to do something more than that: to assert his right to do so in the face of the clear inability of the President to perform the powers and duties of office. . (If George Washington, who granted sixteen pardons as President, had accomplished the same clemency ratio as Obama, Washington would have granted 7/100ths of a pardon!) The power to grant Reprieves and pardons is also a RESPONSIBILITY to be used to support, protect and defend the Constitution. Obama has abdicated that power. He has allowed people who trust and depend on the US Government to do what is right, to twist in the wind. . It is not part of the job description of the Vice Presidency of the United States to be complicit in such anti-Constitutional guff which includes a war against whistleblowers unprecedented in the history of ANY country except for those governed by the most totalitarian regimes, at the time they were so governed. . It is becoming increasingly evident that ALL THE PETITIONS I PUBLISH are being throttled by the NSA. No one else would have either the motive or opportunity to commit such a crime against America. The right to petition is not a joke ... it is a Constitutionally protected form of free speech, ESSENTIAL TO PEACEFUL CHANGE IN ANY REPUBLIC, which this administration has made light of and has used taxpayers money to subvert and to overturn. The censorship and voyeurism of the Obama Administration is something which Obama himself has refused to face up to and possibly imagines that he benefits from; but it will be his downfall sooner or later. For the sake of America, let it be sooner. Why should the entire country pay for him to remain in power, when we have the Constitutional means, and the Constitutional IMPERATIVE, to unseat this violator of his own Oath of Office? . The damage done by the Obama Adminstration is something that will never be repaired or restored. Avoid complicity on your own part. There comes a time when there is no other way but to part from the road of complicity most decisively. . You have a moral obligation to seize the moment. Let the confidence of the world be restored, let the victims of injustice have the granting of the 52-part Pardon and Reprieve by the means I have recommended, or let responsible Government officials have the common courtesy to ACKNOWLEDGE our communication and NEGOTIATE what they object to, rather than hide their heads in the sand and retreat like cowards behind their Berlin wall of so-called security, and LET US HAVE OUR COUNTRY BACK NOW! .
