Jong Un wants every other man in the country to rock the Dear Leader Kim Jong Un haircut. Officially called a fashion guideline, the state-ordered hairdo is known by another name besides Dear Leader. Until the mid-2000, we called it the Chinese smuggler haircut, the Korea Times reported. Our leaders haircut is very particular, if you will. It doesnt always go with everyone since everyone has different face and head shapes. It started from capital Pyongyang and [is] now spreading all across the country. State-sanctioned haircuts are nothing new in North Korea, according to the BBC.
