A lil update on the 7 dumped deer carcass babies. They are doing good; adjusting well to living in a home and with regular meals! They are so thin and attack the food when I bring it in. They are wonderful though and never act out against each other when its feeding time. Just a testament to their wonderful, loving personalities!! I am dealing with ongoing stomach issues right now and with the assistance of the vet, special diet, and small meals we are hoping to get the vomiting to stop. I think eating the rotten deer carcass really has done a number on their digestive system. I hate having to limit their amount of food right now but know that it is important that they start to keep their food in their systems and to stop the vomiting. All of them are on antibiotics for respiratory issues and its a slow process but they are improving daily!! Throughout all of this, and my picking and prodding them, they cling to me when I come into their room and just soak up all the loves and kisses they get!! 😍 they climb all over me and just cant get close enough!! These babies, even though theyve been treated badly, are complete and utter love bugs!! It truly amazes me!! 😍
