There are two foundations we can stand upon in our inner beings... one foundation leads to an elevated consciousness, a thriving life soaking up all that is good with a peaceful inner being... the other leads to tension, frustration, anger, perhaps even cruelty, complete unrest in our inner being, and a lowered consciousness. If we find enjoyment in our worlds, with ourselves, with the people around us... we are living on a foundation of positivity. Positivity is REAL LIFE... this is whats REALLY happening around us. If we are finding everything is wrong in our worlds, with the people around us, maybe even within ourselves... we are living on a foundation of negativity. Negativity is FALSE LIFE... it is life that we have made up in our heads... what we THINK is going on... but not necessarily what is REALLY going on. One of thee most wonderful aspects of life...
