A little #MONDAY #MOTIVATION As many of you know I have made some very positive changes to my overall health and well being in the past 10 months. However, one of the best improvements to my health occurred a little over 4 years ago this month. I made the decision to quit smoking after having been a pack a day smoker since my late teens. I wish I had made the decision sooner. While my health has improved dramatically, the truth of the matter is that it took my dad being diagnosed with terminal lung cancer to prompt me to make that decision. Unfortunately, he lost his battle with cancer almost 2 and half years ago. My family and I feel his physical absence daily and we remember and cherish all memories and the good times we shared. However, even though we feel his presence in our hearts and minds, the past is not something that we can change and the wonderful memories are all that remain. The present is what we can control to create a better future. This is my advice to anyone looking to or contemplating make a change in their life for better health. Dont wait..when it comes to improving your health and well being it is NOW OCLOCK!! If I could go back and urge my dad to quit smoking, eat healthier and take better care of his health I would...but I cant. This is why I have vowed to be a healthier me. Not just because I feel like I have turned back the clock 15 years but, because I want to be best husband, father, son, brother, cousin nephew, relative and friend that I can be with...my health in tact to allow me to do so!!! I am so grateful that I have found this system to give my body the best superfood nutrition that it needs to allow it to function at an optimum level the way it was intended to. Whats even more exciting is that this system is now allowing me to create the #time #freedom to enjoy being with those I love and cherish the most!! YOUR HEALTH IS YOUR WEALTH....what is your #MOTIVATION ? Happy Monday everyone
